LANDE SAFEBOX-B Series Outdoor IP55 Cabinets are designed for industrial applications. They prevent dust and water ingress with an IP55 protection class in accordance with EN 60529 standards. In fan and filter applications, they transition to IP54 protection class. The application areas are outdoor environments exposed to environmental effects, providing a degree of protection against harmful effects on equipment inside the cabinet due to the ingress of foreign solid objects (materials that could fall inside, dust blown by the wind) and water (rain, sleet, snow, splashing water).

Features

Manufactured from a welded metal body with RAL 7035 polyester outdoor paint application.

7U and 9U models have a single point locking butterfly lock, while 12U and 16U models have two single point locking butterfly locks. The butterfly locks contain a cylindrical key-operated lock core at their center.

2 pieces of 1 set of 19’’ device mounting posts are included in the shipping configuration.

The bottom part is equipped with a filtered clean air inlet with 4 removable PG21 blind plugs. The upper panel is filtered for passive ventilation and hot air outlet. A fan can be installed if desired, and a single fan unit with a fan and thermostat can be shipped as an accessory. It also has a special gasketed cover for protection against dust and liquid.

Wall mounting brackets are included. Wall mounting screws are not included in the shipping configuration as they vary according to the wall type. One yellow/green grounding cable is included for grounding between the front cover and the main body.

The front cover is completely metal with a polyurethane aromatic molded gasket. Thus, it has an EN 60529 IP54/IP55 protection class. If passive ventilation or fan ventilation is not performed, it can be closed with metal caps to provide IP66 protection class.

The maximum load capacity is 300 kg on the wall and 800 kg on the ground.

It can be made suitable for floor mounting with a base order if necessary. There is an option for pole mounting. If desired, a pole kit can be ordered to mount on poles with a diameter of 4-6 inches.

You can mount industrial or electrical materials that are not of the 19” rack type by obtaining a base sheet as an accessory to the inner surface of the rear panel.

There is no need to order for double-walled product codes. This accessory is included in the standard shipping configuration.
