INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR DATA SUBJECTS WHO WILL REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE

This Information Notice has been prepared and presented to you by our company, Fiber4u Bilişim Teknolojileri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., located at EYÜP SULTAN MAH. GÜLSU SK. NO: 5 A1 BLOK AA SANCAKTEPE/ISTANBUL, in its capacity as the Data Controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The data collected from you through your membership on the membership platform at www.fiber4u.com, including Identity (Name-Surname, Gender, Date of Birth, TC Identity Number if provided), Contact (Phone, Email), Transaction Security (User Password), and Customer Transaction (Order, Purchase History, etc.) data, will be processed by our company in accordance with legal and ethical principles, in a manner related to and limited to the purposes of delivering products purchased from us, issuing invoices as explained under Goods/Services Sales Processes, and conducting Marketing Processes for Products/Services. The data will be retained for the period necessary for the purposes for which they are processed and in accordance with the relevant legislation.

METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

The personal data mentioned in this Information Notice is collected electronically through the website www.fiber4u.com and processed partially or wholly automatically based on the legal basis of the necessity of processing personal data directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, as stated in Article 5 of the KVKK. In cases where the processing of your personal data is subject to your explicit consent (e.g., sending promotional SMS and emails), your data will be processed automatically or manually based on your explicit consent, as specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will only be processed by our company for the purposes mentioned above and may be shared with real persons or legal entities under private law (e.g., courier companies, email services, and website service providers) and our Group Companies for the purpose of delivering products purchased from us, issuing invoices, and conducting marketing processes for products/services, as per the conditions specified in Article 8 of the KVKK.

DELETION, DESTRUCTION, OR ANONYMIZATION OF PERSONAL DATA

According to Article 7 of the KVKK, if the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data cease to exist, even though your personal data has been processed in accordance with the relevant legislation, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by our company ex officio or upon your request. The procedures and principles regarding this matter will be implemented in accordance with the KVKK and the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data published in the Official Gazette No. 30224 dated October 28, 2017.

Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized within 6 (six) months following the date when our obligation to delete, destroy, or anonymize arises.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

As a data subject, you have the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK. You can exercise these rights by submitting a written application to the address EYÜP SULTAN MAH. GÜLSU SK.
